Oakworth Methodist Church

A local centre, open every Tuesday between September and July, where older people can come for a full lunch at an affordable price in a warm, friendly environment.

Once a fortnight before lunch is served, there is a Luncheon Club Fellowship at 11.30 am in the Church Lounge, when some of the diners gather for a time of fun and fellowship. There is singing and chatting, reflection and laughter, sharing concerns and praying for one another.

Lunch follows at 12.15 pm in the Church Hall when 30 to 40 folk enjoy a delicious meal together. It only costs £3.00 and everything is cooked on the premises.
